Delivery Policy
S4 Suncare uses USPS and FedEx to ship your orders directly to you. 

Same Day Shipping Time
Orders received by noon Mountain Standard will be shipped the same day. Those which arrive after, will be shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of Holidays. The Shipping method you choose on the Cart page will determine how quickly your item will arrive on your doorstep.

Shipping Methods
We use Green Fulfillment. Our logistics partner uses eco-friendly business practices to minimize our carbon footprint.

We use new recycled paper for packing slips. This not only reduces the amount of natural resources we use, but also keeps specific chemicals out of the watershed.
99.9% of what we use is recycled or reused within our warehouse operation. We don’t even have an account with the local waste company!
We purchase only green power from our local utility, and use only eco-friendly lighting throughout our facility.
Our electric forklifts run on green power. There are no noxious fumes to penetrate your products and make them stink!
We use brand-new recycled boxes and recycled paper-tape to ship your products. It not only looks nice, it makes you feel good, too! By doing this, we are able to save small forests each year.
We buy all office/packing and warehouse supplies locally. No one has to use up packing supplies to ship us packing supplies.
When we invoice, it’s electronic, not paper.
We save enough paper to produce over 2,000 average elementary school textbooks


Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be included on your order, so you pay for it at the time of purchase. 

International Shipping
At this time we are shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Any additional fees that may be incurred with international shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Problems or Concerns…
Receive the wrong product? No worries! Your 100% satisfaction is our mission. If we accidentally sent you the wrong product, please notify us within 15 days of receipt of product. Please do not open the product, as we are unable to accept opened Suncare or Skincare.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the original receipt. Please send the unopened item back to us with the order slip and indicate which item was sent in error and we will make it right. All refunds will be credited back to your credit card within 2 weeks minus shipping costs.
